Very disappointing experience with trailer tire service. I checked in at 2:30 p.m. and was told the wait would be 2β3 hours. Customers who arrived after me were served first. It is now 8:00 p.m., and I'm still waiting. The waiting list appears to be managed very poorly. When I raised the issue with the Love's store manager, the response was simply, "Wait or leave." The manager showed no intention of addressing the issue or offering any solution. The explanation was that they were short-staffed. While I understand staffing shortages happen, that is an internal operational issueβnot the customer's responsibility. If the shop knows it does not have sufficient staff to handle the workload, it should manage new work accordingly or provide accurate wait times, rather than promising 2β3 hours and leaving customers waiting for more than five hours. I expected a more professional and customer-focused response from the store manager.

I went in for a punctured tire and ended up waiting three hours. The shop looked legitβthey were holding a proper company meetingβbut the lobby was full of non-working employees talking about hood stuff, killing people, mocking me and showing off a old used 2022 blue Dodge challenger with a "Hemi" 84mth at 22.95%IR but the mechanic who actually fixed the tire was a good guy with solid customer service and people skills, which helped take the edge off the long wait. Overall, decent work but the atmosphere and wait time left a lot to be desired. Would give 1 1/2 stars. But no half stars

Have one guy only for oil changes no mechanic on duty before 15:00, pulled in two trucks on the pit next to go in the building 4 hours for PM. Even though a torque wrench laying right next to him in the pit. Did not use it to torque the oil pan plug. No batteries were tested during a full p.m. service. Did not show me the condition of the boxes assuming he didnβt even touch them. Had steer tires rotated, left all 20 of my twist on lug nut covers loose. You only hand tighten them, how hard is it?

I tried to tell them to check for air leaks. They acted like i was crazy and said no leaks found. They passed my trailer dot inspection with flying colors, yet ive got air pouring out of trailer in multiple spots. A spray bottle and soap is a great investment. Two stars because they were nice about it but dang, very simple stuff.

I had a great experience here during my oil change. The service was quick, professional, and everything was done very efficiently. I especially want to thank Ray, who helped me with the oil change. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and easy. Itβs always nice to see people who truly care about doing their job well. I really appreciate the help and great service. Highly recommend this place!
